It provides a completely clear and hard protective barrier which gives you maximum protection of the environmental elements, including hail.
The process
A simple, proven 4-step roof protection workflow
Every roof is different. We start with an assessment to confirm your shingles are a good candidate, then our proprietary NanoTech compound is applied on your qualifying roof.
1) Inspection & Assessment
Evaluation: NanoTech is the superior product to provide maximum protection to an existing roof that is in excellent or good condition. In new roofs it can be applied directly to the shingle and provide near instant maximum protection. Aged roofs may need (not always) a rejuvenation treatment prior to applying our NanoTech system.
Our team will work in concert with you to generate the best game plan to consider affordability and benefit for you.
2) Prep & Protection
We protect your home and set up for safe access. A pre-cleaning of your roof will likely be needed so the NanoTech system obtains maximum adhesion. Any prep work our team will complete prior to application.
3) Precision Application
Our proprietary NanoTech system is applied for uniform coverage—providing maximum shingle protection against sun and everything nature throws at us in Northern Colorado.
4) Final Walkthrough & Next Steps
We document the work, review results with you, continue to follow up after service is completed to ensure your happiness with the NanoTech system. We provide routine check-ins on your roof performance over the course of time.

Designed to protect roof life and performance
Our proprietary NanoTech formula is designed to protect your asphalt shingles from the harsh environmental elements we face in Northern Colorado. Our Hail Tech system provides maximum protection against those hail storms we frequently see in our area.
Best for roofs that are in good to excellent condition
The NanoTech system can be applied to new shingles or aged shingles that are in good to excellent condition. It is not a replacement sealer for shingles in need of replacement
Not for active leaks or major structural issues
If there are underlying problems (decking damage, flashing failures, widespread missing shingles), we’ll recommend the right repair path first.
